Thomas Legal offer a professional service tailored to each of our clients. We are known for providing a high standard of service and the quick turn around times that are vital in today’s housing market.

Each instruction is allocated to a dedicated conveyancer or solicitor who handles the transaction, along with their team, from the day we are instructed through to the day we complete. They get to know your requirements and work to your time frame. We can work outside of normal working hours on request and make innovative use of both Skype and Facetime to ensure the speediest possible service. This in turn provides the excellence for which we are known. If your purchase does not complete we can even throw in a free second set of searches!

Supporting Local Charities

Thomas Legal vote to support a charity each year and the staff get to choose the nominations. The only stipulation is that the charity must be local and also not nationally funded. This year we are supporting Lillian Faithful.  Throughout the year we hold a number of fundraising events including monthly raffles, cake sales, Christmas and Halloween competitions and of course our popular annual Auction of Promises. 

Charity Lottery

The Thomas Legal Charity Lottery offers an opportunity for our clients to join us in supporting Lilian Faithfull and People by adding the cost of a lottery ticket to your final bill.  Tickets are priced at just £5.00 and offer the chance to win a prize of £500.00 in cash.  CAS will receive 100% of all tickets sold.  Winners are drawn at random every three months and every entrant stands an equal chance of winning!
