Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor – Bristol Based

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Location: Block Bristol, Pithay Ct, Bristol BS1 3BN

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, (35 hours per week)

You’ll be joining a friendly, dynamic (wider) team of 70+ property professionals with over 15 years of success and a strong portfolio of high-net-worth clients and introducers across London and the Southwest.

Residential Property Lawyer

Role Highlights:

Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants
Build relationships with key Estate Agents and Broker introducers
Handle a varied portfolio of residential property deals

Requirements:

3 years PQE in residential property (desirable)
Experience in freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, lease extensions, refinancing, transfer of equity
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Ambition to grow and progress within the firm
