This year’s results were calculated from an impressive pool of over 300,000 customer review ratings.

Phil Spencer, the esteemed host of The ESTAS since 2004, addressed the live audience with these words: “Everyone shortlisted here today has attained the ESTAS Standard of Excellence, which is based purely on service ratings from customers at the end of the moving experience, giving a highly accurate overview of the standard of service that has been delivered to the end client. The ESTAS awards conveyancers in postcodes and regions across the UK, highlighting and celebrating excellence at both local and national levels. In addition to regional recognition, the National Grand Prix Awards are also announced, honouring the Best Single Conveyancing Office in the UK.
